Insulation

Insulation with foam

Polyurethane has been used for over 30 years in most European countries. It has been approved by people due to its unique chemical and physical properties. Thermal insulation by hydrodynamic spraying with the use of specialized high-pressure equipment is a technology that opened new opportunities for the Polish economy. As a result of spraying on the surface, a seamless, seamless layer is created with excellent thermal and waterproofing properties.

Very good vapor barrier properties, as well as its non-absorbability and resistance to chemical agents are characterized by PUR foam. Heat protection using polyurethane foam also protects metal constructions against corrosion, wooden against fungi and mold. Insulation parameters, unlike other materials, remain unchanged over time, and the manufacturer provides a lifetime guarantee.

In our country, the product has become the object of interest for a wide range of customers: from individual owners of single-family houses, through architects, renovation and construction teams, developers, and even technical academies.

Polyurethane foam can reduce energy consumption by up to 50%. It prevents the penetration of pollen and other air pollutants, reduces noise and increases energy efficiency by reducing the leakage of air from the building.

Open-cell, vapor-permeable shower foam used most often in attics expands 120 times within a dozen or so seconds, isolating it creates a uniform coating on which there are no joints due to which all thermal bridges are eliminated. Polyurethane foam can be used on any surface in construction (sheet, concrete, wood, OSB board, foil).

Polyurethane foam

Extremely efficient thermal insulation system applied by spraying on building surfaces, has excellent insulating properties, damping the entire space. Odorless – open cellular foam PUR provides a tight and jointless surface that is not particularly attractive to rodents.

Polyurethane foam is the best and the most effective method of insulation that we can use in your attic. Thanks to its unique chemical and physical properties, it displaces other products: mineral wool, glass wool or polystyrene. Using this method, in our attic we use open cell foam, thanks to which the attic „breathes” and the air in the room does not lose its quality. This insulation of the attic or roof is the only one that eliminates the problem of thermal energy loss, which is a common problem in the case of insulation, eg with mineral wool. Open-cell foam, which is sprayed under high pressure, has excellent expanding properties, thanks to which it gets into even the smallest gaps on the surface. Using this insulation, we provide our attic with the best thermal insulation, but also acoustic insulation, or silencing the sounds coming from outside. The material does not constitute a burden for the roof structure, on the contrary it perfectly stiffens it – which is also an advantage of the product. The use of PUR foam is certainly an investment that will serve us until the end of the building’s life, while the costs associated with heating the building will decrease significantly. The important aspect is that polyurethane foam does not emit any harmful substances, eg Freons. PUR foam does not oxidize, shrink dust or crumble. It also solves the problem of all pests and rodents, which are a common problem in the case of mineral wool insulation. The foam is odorless and does not cause any allergic reactions. Certainly, it is the best isolation method we can use in any attic.
